Why we built Puef.ai

Serhat Simsek, Ph.D., is the Co-Founder & CEO of PUEF Learning Inc. and a university professor with over a decade of teaching experience, having taught STEM and analytics courses to 5,000+ graduate and undergraduate students. He is an Honored Listee of Who’s Who and a recipient of multiple research awards. Drawing on industry leadership, academic research, and day-to-day teaching, he focuses on building a unified, student-centered platform that removes friction from learning by connecting scattered resources, diagnosing gaps, and guiding students to the right practice at the right time.

Matthew A. Lanham, Ph.D., is a Senior Advisor to PUEF Learning Inc. and a professor at Butler University’s Lacy School of Business. He brings over a decade of curriculum and program leadership, including his prior faculty work at Purdue University’s business school, where he helped lead a top analytics graduate program to nationally recognized results.
